Cochise Community College and The SBA have announced:

The Small Business Administration will resume accepting PPP (Personal Paycheck Program) loan applications on Monday, April 27 at 10:30 AM EDT from approved lenders on behalf of any eligible borrower. This will ensure that SBA has properly coded the system to account for changes made by the legislation.

Even though the Cochise College campuses are physically closed, their Small Business Development Center is still available to assist you. You can reach Mark Schmitt, Director of the SBDC at 520-515-5478 or send him an email at Mark is ready to assist you through these uncertain times.

May 11: Now that the Governor has given permission for small businesses and restaurants to open if they choose, it will be very difficult to keep the hours and such current.  Each restaurant will probably go through several changes before settling on what works best for them and their customers.  Therefore, we are going to leave the contact information here, but not the hours of operation. Please contact the restaurant in question to find out their latest status.
